Rolex Exhibition Terms & Conditions
To our guests:
Welcome to Rolex Exhibition (“Exhibition”)! To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all our guests, please comply with the rules below:
Important Notes
Security Inspection
All persons and their belongings (including but not limited to bags, parcels, clothing and other items) intended to be brought into the Exhibition are required to go through security screening and checks before entry into the Exhibition and also within the Exhibition. All persons may need to pass through a metal detector, and security screening and checks may also be conducted again upon exit. We reserve the sole and absolute right not to allow admission of any person and/ or their belongings (including but not limited to bag, parcel or other items) into the Exhibition. We also have the sole and absolute discretion to deal with any unattended or uncollected items/ objects at the Exhibition in such a way as we consider appropriate (including but not limited to disposing or destroying) without any liability or compensation to any person.
For your safety, a security camera system has been installed inside the Exhibition venue.
Bags and Storage Policy
All backpacks, parcels, large items or bags, luggage or trolleys are not allowed to be brought into the Exhibition, and must be stored in the designated cloakroom. We also have the sole and absolute discretion to determine any items intended to be brought into the Exhibition that need to be stored in the designated cloakroom. Storage space in the cloakroom is limited and available on a first-come-first served basis.
Admission Tickets
Entry to the Exhibition is permitted only on the registered date and time, subject to full compliance with the Exhibition Terms and Conditions. Admission is not guaranteed for guests arriving before or after the designated entry time.
Guest Behavior & Attire Policy
Please show common courtesy to other Exhibition guests and our staff by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running.
Please do not touch, move or lean on the exhibits, or hit any Exhibition items, installations, walls and facilities. Any damage, staining or wetting of Exhibition items caused by violating these Terms & Conditions will require compensation at full value.
Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to deny admission to or to remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests.
No Food & Drink Policy
No food and beverage items are allowed to be brought into the Exhibition.
No Smoking
No smoking or vaping is permitted in the Exhibition venue.
Keep the Exhibition venue clean
Please keep the Exhibition clean. Spitting and littering are prohibited in the Exhibition venue.
Right to Refuse or Eject
We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Exhibition, without refund, compensation or liability, for failure to comply with any of the Exhibition Terms and Conditions, or laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, for unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior, for improper conduct, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we in our sole and absolute discretion consider that the circumstances so require.
Children & Elderly
Please supervise your children and take care of the elderly at all times. Guests under age 6 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the Exhibition. For your children’s safety and the safety of others, please remind your children not to run in the Exhibition.
Belongings
You are responsible for the security and protection of your personal belongings at all times. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any guests, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
Marketing Material Distribution
The distribution of flyers and any other marketing materials by guests is prohibited. Unauthorized distribution will result in the guests being asked to leave the Exhibition and removal of all materials.
Photography Policy
Personal/non-commercial use photography is permitted at the Exhibition, provided that they are conducted without disruption to other guests, and with the safety of the guests and the exhibited items in mind.
We, our affiliates, and/or our respective contractors, agents and representatives may photograph, film, videotape, record any guests in the Exhibition. By entering the Exhibition, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded and for us to reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the Exhibition and use the same anywhere for promotional, security or archival purposes in any media without payment to any person.
All issues not expressly provided for in these Terms & Conditions for guests are to be decided by us alone, subject to applicable law.
Prohibited Goods
Because our goal is to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests, the following items are not permitted into the Exhibition:
- Dangerous, inflammable or hazardous materials.
- Weapons of any kind, or objects that may give the appearance or impression of being weapons or toy guns or toy weapons.
- Alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance.
- Glass containers.
- Large umbrellas.
- Animals (with the exception of service dogs). Service dogs mean a guide dog or a dog that is trained to do work or perform tasks for, and to assist, a person with a disability. Service dogs must remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner at all times.
- Tripods and selfie sticks.
- Other items that we determine in our sole and absolute discretion may be harmful, disruptive, offensive or may impede or affect the operation of the Exhibition or that might cause damage at the Exhibition.
- Articles prohibited by any laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
House Rules for the Freespace
Disclaimers and Limitation on Liability
You shall be liable for any exhibits or other property damage at the Exhibition, whether negligently or inadvertently caused. You are also responsible for your own personal property and personal safety at the Exhibition.
We disclaim all conditions, representations and warranties to you that are not expressly set out in these terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We shall not be liable to you for delay or failure in performance for causes beyond our control or any other damage or losses which does not result from a breach of our obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
Except for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, we are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any loss, injury or damages suffered by or caused to you at the Exhibition.
You shall be liable for and indemnify us against any and all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses (including without limitation legal expenses), and proceedings suffered by us, which arose directly or indirectly from a breach by you of your obligations, representations or warranties under these Terms & Conditions.
We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits and property damage, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages, nor shall we be held liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
We may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, modify these rules, change or adjust the mode of operation, including but not limited to operating hours of the Exhibition or, close or adjust the operation for any period the Exhibition or any part of it, impose entry requirement to the Exhibition, restrict the number of persons having access to the Exhibition or any part of it, and to make and alter rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Exhibition due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or compliance with law, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
In the case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions in this website, the English version shall prevail.
